HOMEOWNER:  No work shall commence without approval from the Modifications Committee. Please complete and submit this application with any drawings, site plans, pictures, paint samples, etc. showing the requested improvements, changes, or additions to your property (except interior improvements) for approval by the Modifications Committee. Please mail or hand-deliver to the Wynlakes HOA office. You agree to allow access to your property to evaluate proposed changes.
