Q: When are HOA payments due?

A: HOA fees are due on January 1 and July 1.

 

Q: How do I pay HOA dues?

A: There are four easy ways!

(1) Mail your check to:

(2) Place your check in a sealed envelope and put it in the HOA Office lockbox.

(3) Bring your payment to the office Monday – Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or on Friday (8:30 a.m. - 12pm).

(4) HOA dues may also be paid via ACH by filling out the ACH Agreement Form and returning it to the office. You can also sign up by calling the office directly.
**When paying by check be sure to include your full name and Wynlakes property address.

Q: Who do I report a non-working streetlight to?

A: Please call the office at 334-215-4452.

Q:  What do I do if I think a neighbor is in violation of the covenants?

A: First, talk to your neighbor and try to resolve the issue in a civil manner. Find an article to help navigate this conversation on our "Resources" section of this website.

​​​Q: Who Do I contact about a damaged mailbox? 

A: For a mailbox makeover (new numbers or hardware, new paint) you can call Tip Top Mailbox at 334-833-2223. For a new mailbox or post you can call Imperial Mailbox 1-800-647-0777 ext. 240.

Q: When is garbage pick-up? 

A: Regular garbage is picked up on Tuesday and Friday.  Yard debris is picked up on Wednesday and should not be placed on the street until Tuesday night. Bulk items can be dropped off at Halcyon Elementary school on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of the month.

Q: Do I need HOA approval to paint, or make changes to my property?

A: Yes, you need approval to make changes to the exterior of your property unless you are replacing it in kind.  Please fill out the Application for site improvement form here or print it out and return it to the office.

Q: Can the HOA do anything about barking dogs?

Q: Is there a service offered to check on my house when I'm out of town? 

A: Yes, just complete our Vacation Home Check form.
