Wynlakes HOA Dues Payment Schedule

December/June: Invoices are mailed. Payment is due by January 31^st and July 31^st.

February 1^st/August 1^st: Late charges are applied to outstanding accounts ($30 late fee). A reminder letter is sent stating payment is now overdue.

February 15^th/August 15^th: All delinquent accounts are sent to our attorney for collection.

Dues may be paid early!
