The purpose of the Homeowners’ Association is to ensure Wynlakes remains the premier residential community in
Montgomery by providing well maintained and attractive common areas, 24-hour area surveillance, will be
governed by an elected Board of Directors, with direct input from Neighborhood Representatives, in an efficient
and prudent manner to assure all homeowners receive appropriate services, and preserve their property value.
