Montgomery by providing well maintained and attractive common areas, 24-hour area surveillance, will be
governed by an elected Board of Directors, with direct input from Neighborhood Representatives, in an efficient
and prudent manner to assure all homeowners receive appropriate services, and preserve their property value."

Around Wynlakes

The Homeowners' Association is enforcing all rights and remedies allowed for the collection of delinquent dues.
To avoid finance charges, attorney's fees and other collection enforcements, dues should be paid in a timely manner. The dues are due January 1st and July 1st.

The next Neighborhood Representative meeting is May 10, 2011 at 6:00 PM at the Wynlakes Golf and Country Club.
