Landscape Progress - Vision Landscapes Inc. was awarded the contract to complete the landscape renovation of the Wynlakes Vaughn Road entrance.
They are a premier provider of landscape construction and maintenance services.

The Homeowners' Association is enforcing all rights and remedies allowed for the collection of delinquent dues to include a $25.00 fee with the third letter.
To avoid finance charges, attorney's fees and other collection enforcements, dues should be paid in a timely manner. The dues are due January 1st and July 1st.

The next Neighborhood Repersentative meeting is November 10, 2009 at 6:00 PM at the Wynlakes Golf and Country Club.
